This high-quality filling adapter enables the safe filling of 200 bar diving cylinders from compressor systems with a 300 bar output pressure. Although this use case is relatively uncommon, the adapter provides a reliable and standard-compliant solution for safely connecting systems with different operating pressures.

To prevent overfilling, the adapter is equipped with an integrated safety valve set to 225 bar. Once the preset pressure is reached, the valve opens automatically to release excess pressure in a controlled manner. With a maximum relief capacity of 265 l/min, it ensures sufficient safety even when used with high-performance compressors.

The adapter is particularly well suited for 300 bar compressors that are not permanently monitored, such as those in diving clubs, filling stations, or workshops. By automatically limiting the filling pressure, it protects both equipment and personnel, contributing to safe and regulation-compliant filling operations.
